Paula Alves De Souza

after being abroad for 8 years working in Brazilian Embassies in Washington, Buenos Aires and Beijing, Paula has returned to working for the Ministry of Foreign Relations. She left her most recent post at the Brazilian Embassy in Beijing and has started to work in Brasilia in the Ministry of Foreign Relations. She is now working in the Cultural Department with specific responsibility for the promotion of the Brazilian audiovisual (commercial and cultural aspects), mainly through International Film Festivals or specific Brazilian Film Festivals throughout the world.

Phokion Georgiou
has been living and working in Sao Paulo, Brazil.where he is Associate Professor: Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (AACSB-EQUIS-AMBA accredited). Phokion received his PhD in 2004 from Lancaster University (Management School). His dissertation topic was "Dogmatism and Bounded Rationality: A Systemic Epistemology for System Theory". Phokion is also a Member of Editorial Board: Systems Research and Behavioral Science; he serves as a referee for the European Journal of Operational Research & Journal of the Operational Research Society. He has written
"Thinking Through Systems Thinking" (Routledge, 2007), and he is listed in Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering (edn. 2008-2009). Later in 2009 he will move to ESC Rennes, where he will be a Professor & Director of Research. ESC Rennes School of Business is an international "Grande École" in the French system. has been working for the Swedish Trade Council in Spain and has now moved to Sao Paolo, Brazil, where he has become the Trade Commisioner for Sweden in Brazil. Jacob also covers Colombia, Venezuela and the Caribbean.
