Richmond : Monday – Friday 0900 - 1700.

Kensington : Mondays 0900 - 1700. (0900 - 1700 daily during Registration, Add/Drop, Last Day to Withdraw, and Final Exam week).

  • Grade and transcript processing
  • Diploma preparation, distribution and replacement
  • Leave of absence requests
  • Re-admission
  • Up-dating the student database
  • Course and exam scheduling
  • Room booking
  • Enrolment verification
  • Florence and Rome registration
  • Re-sit exams

Faculty & Staff

M. Clare Loughlin-Chow, Registrar
The Registrar is responsible for all post-admission student records, timetabling, exams and Open University registration.

Sarah Griffin and Sharon Lally-Edson, Assistant Registrar (jobshare)
The Assistant Registrars assist in the operation of the Registrar’s Office and are responsible for timetabling and examination administration. They update the student database, register Florence and Rome students, administer re-sit exams and manage room bookings.

Tessa Lovell, Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs
The Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs evaluates transfer credit and administers course approval. She deals with readmission applications, graduation administration, and enquiries from degree students who wish to attend the Italian study centres.

Jason Elliot, Administrative Assistant, Registrar's Office
The Administrative Assistant processes all transcript requests and issues student completion letters. He has day-to-day responsibility for the management of student records. He collates attendance monitoring for the purposes of UKBA reporting, and deals with any post-study work visa enquiries.
