Students on the Richmond Hill Campus

Richmond offers a study abroad program for students from overseas colleges and universities who wish to study in London. Admission is open to any student who has either satisfactorily completed secondary education or who is in good academic standing at another undergraduate institution. Students from the United States must currently be enrolled in a college or university.

Students may choose to study at Richmond for a semester or a year. The students proposed program of courses should be approved for transfer credit to the home institution by the Department Chair or Academic Dean before coming to London. We recommend that students obtain prior approval for at least 10 courses per semester. Timetable clashes and full or cancelled courses might necessitate the choice of one or more alternatives.

Gilman Scholarship for Undergraduate Study Abroad: The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship. This congressionally-funded program is sponsored by the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. It is administered by IIE through its office in Houston, Texas.

The program awards grants of up to $5,000 for US-citizen, undergraduate students to pursue study abroad opportunities worldwide. The Gilman Scholarship Program aims to diversify and expand participation in international education by assisting those students who have been traditionally under-represented in US study abroad.
