Richmond Residences

Red House

This three story building features 17 beds in 11 rooms, and is located on the grounds of the Main Campus at Richmond Hill. There are 6 double rooms and 5 singles. One Resident Director resides in Red House, and security patrols and CCTV cameras ensure this residence is secured safely. All toilets and showers are shared, rooms are cleaned upon request at a small cost and linen is provided. Each room is covered by the wireless network and contains personal safes.

Longley House

Longley House, is also located on the main grounds of the Hill Campus, and offers 5 single rooms. Each room is covered by our wireless network and is equipped with personal safes. All toilets and showers are shared, rooms are cleaned upon request at a small cost and linens are provided. Security patrols and CCTV cameras ensure this residence is secured safely.

Lower and Upper Cottages

The Upper Cottage contains 6 beds in 4 rooms, consisting of 2 doubles and 2 singles. One live-in Resident Advisor is housed in the Upper Cottage.
The Lower Cottage contains 7 beds in 4 rooms, consisting of 3 doubles and 1 single.

Both Cottages are connected to the wireless network. Security patrols and CCTV cameras ensure this residence is secured safely. All toilets and showers are shared, rooms are cleaned upon request at a small cost and linen is provided.

Monford House

Within a 2 minute walk from Main Campus, Monford House offers 40 beds in 23 rooms, clustered into flats. There are 6 single rooms and 17 doubles. Facilities include shared bathrooms, kitchens and telephones. Rooms are cleaned upon request at a small cost and linen is provided. The building is also covered by the wireless network via a line-of-site link. Security patrols and CCTV cameras ensure this residence is secured safely. The Fire Alarm system is linked to the Main Building. One Resident Director and the Dean of Students reside at Monford House.

Parkview

Richmond Hill's newest student housing is at Parkview, a 2 minute walk from the Main Campus and next door to Montford House. Parkview holds 30 beds in 18 rooms. There are 12 doubles, 5 singles and Resident Director accomodation. Facilities include shared bathrooms, a common room with partial kitchen, and telephones. Rooms are cleaned on request at a small cost and linen is provided. Other facilities include laundry, wireless internet, garden access and an intercom admittance system for increased security. Security partols and CCTV are also in use at this property.
