Dr Sabine Spangenberg

Dr. Spangenberg grew up in Germany and studied Business Studies and Economics at the University of Duisburg, where she specialised in International Economics. After graduating as a Diplom-Oekonom she became a DAAD-Fachlektor (German Academic Exchange Service-Fellow) at the Department of Economics at Lancaster University, from where she received her PhD in Economics later. Her thesis was on “The Institutionalised Transformation of the East German Economy”. Dr. Spangenberg retains a research interest in Institutional Economics.

Lyndon returned to South Africa after completing his MBA. After working in banking and management, Lyndon is currently an Executive Director and Shareholder at Sourcecom Technologies as well as at the Tecor Group – both active in the ICT sector. Previously he was the Chief Executive of the National Olympic Committee of South Africa (NOCSA).
