She is Canadian but from a Middle Eastern background (Iranian) and has studied and worked in different parts of the world, including The United Sates of America, The Netherlands, The United Arab Emirates and of course London.

She has a very unique monthly column and problem page focusing on the diverse cultural character of that region. Readers write their issues/concerns in and she tries to the best of her ability to guide them in the right direction. Her last two articles were about the biological dimensions of love and maximizing employee satisfaction in a diverse work environment.

Samineh takes her role to educate our future generation very seriously, and aims to reach as many students who may require guidance during the trying stages of their educational period and to always remind them of how much of a luxury education actually is.
